Hello everyone. I almost lost ya'. With the move some months ago and me not keeping up with my writing it was a challenge to find the forum. All I had to
do was remember where I put that email notification of the move and how to get to it. Thank goodness it didn't move again in the mean time. Thanks for the
patience letting me remain a member. I won't bore everyone with all the trials and tribulations of my personal life, but I'm working to become more
consistent with my participation. For those who are new pretty much like me, or remember me from a while back, I am just getting started and haven't posted
any material I'm comfortable with. I may be too harsh a critic of my own material. I am currently in Costa Rica sitting in a hotel waiting for our aircraft
to get repaired. As I sit here I'm wondering if anyone out there with thoughts on Central and South America. I'm tinkering with an idea to include
information on the area in my project. Most of my exposure is limited to some cities and airfields. Thanks again for your patience. B. B.

The site has had several periods of activity and, hopefully, will again. What it takes is maybe a half-dozen daily posters to seed the activity. Others see and
join. I've found that activity breeds activity, inactivity the same.
Writers, myself included, like praise and critiques. Like locusts, they land only where they can be fed. I'm constantly going from one site to another, searching for those vital critiques that improve my craft. Conversation and repartee are one thing--in fact, necessary--but in themselves don't help in improving my writing. Charlie |

I like flat baseboards. It's the warped ones that won't stay nailed in place that bother me.
